I have been wondering about St. Paul’s thorn, and at 37:23 in this conversation, he made it complete sense to me. Too, I like the thought he quoted - “Part of Christ’s mission is to teach us not to be afraid of suffering.” https://youtu.be/u4NYU11_sv0 He talks about suffering well; I told Matt about the lady I saw leaving the Walmart parking lot yesterday. She was holding a sign and roses, but she was holding a SMILE on her face. It was strange enough for me to record because it was the first time I ever saw someone smiling like she was with a sign for help. I waved back at her with a smile just as big being all I had to give, and she tracked me with hers as I drove off. It was an honest moment.
